The short version

Within 30 days of any charge, you can request a full refund for any reason. No forms, no questions, no phone calls. Reply to any email from us with the word “refund” or email hello@getpaidquietly.com and we will process the refund within 24 hours.

Your 30-day refund window

Every charge from Get Paid Quietly is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. This applies to your initial subscription payment and to every monthly renewal charge. If you request a refund within 30 days of a charge, we will refund that charge in full. No exceptions, no proration disputes, no eligibility checks.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getpaidquietly.com with the word “refund” in the subject or body. Include the email address you used to subscribe. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. The full refund timeline depends on your bank, typically 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@getpaidquietly.com. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. If you cancel within 30 days of your most recent charge, you also receive a full refund of that charge.
