The short version
Get Paid Quietly is a $49/month software subscription that automates late-invoice follow-up emails on your behalf. You pay monthly, you can cancel anytime, and you can get a full refund within 30 days of any charge for any reason.
Acceptance of terms
By signing up and paying for Get Paid Quietly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up.
The service
Get Paid Quietly is a software product that automates late-invoice follow-up emails for service businesses. You provide invoice details and your reminder preferences, and the software runs automated email cadences from a dedicated billing address and sends you automated weekly status reports. New customers may receive a one-time onboarding setup call to configure their account; this onboarding is included in the subscription and is not a separate paid service. Get Paid Quietly is not a collections agency, law firm, or accounting service.
Subscription and billing
You are billed $49/month on a recurring basis through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Your subscription starts on the day you sign up and renews monthly until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@getpaidquietly.com. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Within 30 days of any charge, you can request a full refund for any reason — see our Refund Policy for details. There are no cancellation fees and no eligibility checks.
Limitation of liability
Get Paid Quietly is software that sends automated emails. We do not guarantee that any specific invoice will be paid as a result of using the service. Get Paid Quietly is not responsible for clients who refuse to pay, disputed invoices, or any losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change significantly, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
